iPad Camera & Record Functions
There are multiple ways you can utilize the camera function on the iPad for Assessment purposes. Click on the camera to see how the record button can be used to assess Reading fluency in the K-3 classroom. Other Recording Ideas: - Have students record each other re-telling a story. - Have students record themselves doing Reader's Theatre. - Have students record each other reading poetry. Camera Ideas: - Have students complete a hands-on activity, place their name card beside and take a photo for your assessment later or to upload to their e-portfolio. - Have students go on a letter or word hunt and take photos of them when they make a discovery. - After students listen to a story, have them take a photo of their favourite part and then have them comment on why it is their favourite. |
